Hi!
My name is Bri Cramer. We are based out of Fayette County, Pa. When I’m not creating balloon art and decorating the perfect event, I’m spending time with my family and working for a nonprofit throughout the week.
Balloons & Bubbly‘s mission is to bring joy and peace of mind to all of our clients who book with us. With us, you can expect someone to listen and understand your vision and ultimately, bring that vision to life. We offer free consultations that come with an estimate.
