A non-refundable deposit of half down of subtotal is required to book event/services.
Client does not receive refund of deposit if event/service is canceled by client.
Client may be required to pay a loss prevention security deposit for securing returned and undamaged equipment and materials of Balloons & Bubbly. In such, the security deposit would be returned to the client within 30 days after the event, ensuring that all items are returned in the same condition.
If loss or damages exceeds the security deposit, the client will be responsible and billed for the remaining amount.
If sending or issuing a check, check needs to be received before services are provided.
Cancellations
If the client wishes to cancel the event/services, the full security deposit will be retained by Balloons & Bubbly. If the client has paid a loss prevention deposit, a full refund is available upon request.
Service Agreement
Changes in style/design can not be made less than 48 hours before event/service.
Balloons & Bubbly assure that all materials and décor are in excellent condition.
The client agrees in ensuring that the arranged venue shall be available to Balloons & Bubbly and staff, free from any items that may inhibit delivery and set up of decorations.
Client shall ensure the availability of the venue at least (2) hours before the event for Balloons & Bubbly and staff access.
Balloons & Bubbly shall not be held responsible if the Clients expectations are not met due to restrictions, prohibitions, or obstacles at the venue that prevents Balloons & Bubbly from implementing such design.
Client agrees to assume all responsibilities to any damaged or loss rental/decor item of Balloons & Bubbly, that may be caused by any patrons, members, or guests.
Client agrees to provide an alternate location for decor/rental set up in case the venue is outdoors and conditions are not suitable for such decor/rental set up. Balloons & Bubbly is then released from any liability if an alternate location is not provided to complete decor/rental set up.
